As a mindfulness-based therapist, my role is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life where you feel more alive and creative. MIndfulness is a learnable skill that can help you become more aware of how behavioral patterns and recurring thought patterns can and do lead to unnecessary suffering and anxiety. In our work together, we will move at your pace, uncovering negative self-judgments and limiting belief systems that undermine a happy, peaceful life. I enjoy working with adults (age 19 and older), couples, and people involved in the arts. I specialize in life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, panic, self-esteem, work/creativity, and relationship issues.
As an Imago relationship therapist, I help couples learn a new, structured approach to talking and listening to each other. This Imago dialogue helps them uncover emotional wounds from childhood that are impacting their present relationship and helps them feel more connected to each other. It is ideal for couples who want a mutually supportive and loving relationship.
