Mindfulness, Food & Body Image is a 6 week workshop for women who would like to explore their relationship with food and body image. It is open to women who have struggled with eating too much, too little, eating too fast, eating junk food or eating to fill emotional needs.
Each class includes time for mindfulness meditation instruction and practice related specifically to food or body image. There will also be time for discussion, questions, and special topics such as pleasant and unpleasant eating experiences, anger, deprivation, family history, how you sabotage yourself and how you nurture yourself around food and body image.
